What are the black codes
Marta_Voda [28]

Answer:

The Black Codes, sometimes called Black Laws, were laws governing the conduct of African Americans (free blacks). The best known of them were passed in 1865 and 1866 by Southern states, after the American Civil War, in order to restrict African Americans' freedom, and to compel them to work for low wages. However, Black Codes existed before the Civil War, and many Northern states had them. In 1832, "in most of the United States, there is a distinction in respect to political privileges, between free white persons and free coloured persons of African blood; and in no part of the country do the latter, in point of fact, participate equally with the whites, in the exercise of civil and political rights."

Why did President Wilson believe that harsh punishment for Germany was not a<br> good idea?
Alika [10]

Answer:

President Wilson was convinced that although Germany had to pay for the destruction they did, it was not wide to cripple the German economy and to humiliate them even more as this could very well lead for another future war or a conflict.

This is mainly because the treaty of vesrailes made Germany pay more than 6 billion pounds as reparations and they lost many territories, including their overseas colonies.

Disabled in Action was formed to a. fight for equal pay and job opportunities for people with disabilities. b. gain jobs and ben
Virty [35]
This kind of organization was a type of one that would help the disabled people with what they needed help with. And not only this, but also the fact that the prices and the stocks would remain at a lower cost for these kind of people, knowing the fact that they are not able to pay full price of certain aspects and things. Based on this, I would then conclude saying that your correct answer would then be (Option C) as it reads the following:

"<span>focus public attention on medical care for people with disabilities".

This would signify that the attention, and the help that these people would then need are going to be helped, and not disrespected.</span>
