The Peubloans are native Americans who lived in groups sharing same culture,religious and food practices. When the Spanish entered they found that they were living in well settled houses made up of stone and other local materials available in the locality which they called as pueblos.

Hence they were given the name Peublos.  While the Plains native Americans were nomads moving to different places with their horse and buffalo. They had trade with other tribes.
