It shows how the sensory details that our body is able to feel can reveal a lot of valuable information that helps us understand ourselves, the environment we are in and help us out of bad situations that cause us harm. With this he is able to communicate his central idea, that in order to live well, we need to understand the interaction between our body and our mind, literally and metaphorically.

"Coming to Our Senses" features a narrative where the author shows how our body is completely aligned physically and mentally. This alignment is easily understandable, but most people do not know how to understand this, because they are unable to correctly perceive and interpret the information passed on by the sensory capacity that we possess and which is essential to establish our good life.
