All of the above besides your opinion or (D). In an argumentative essay, you are attempting to prove why your argument is correct and it is is unprofessional and not persuasive to use personal opinion. Don't get me wrong, an argumentative essay is about expressing your opinion on a matter but to put in words like "I believe" or "It is my opinion" weaken the argument that has the other three backing it up.
