Change 3  whole number 5/6 to improper fraction.

= (3*6 + 5)/6 = (23/6)

3        5/6 %  =   (23/6)%

b)  1 2/3  to percentage.

1 whole number  2/3       convert to percentage.

1   2/3 =  Change to improper fraction =  (1*3 + 2) / 3 = (3 + 2)/3

To percentage = 5/3 * 100% =  500/3 %

c)   12.5% to fraction.

= 12.5 / 100

=  125 / 1000

= 1/8
