Because, they didn't care for them so they didn't take count unless they had to to sell them.

The minutes had different consequences. The Massachusetts Governing Act undid representative government and also decreed that political posts in colonial government were elected by Great Britain. On April 19, 1775, the tension increased that caused the Battle of Lexington, reaching the American Revolutionary War.
