Since, the options have not been given the question is incomplete. The complete question is as follows.

A number of older adults have come to attend a wellness clinic that includes both blood pressure monitoring and education about how to best control blood pressure. Which of the leader's following teaching points is most accurate?

a) "Too much alcohol, too little exercise and too much body fat all contribute to high blood pressure."

b) "It's important to minimize the amount of potassium and, especially, sodium in your diet."

c) "High blood pressure is largely controllable, except for those with a significant family history or African Americans."

d) "Hypertension puts you at a significant risk of developing type 2 diabetes later in life."

Answer: a) "Too much alcohol, too little exercise and too much body fat all contribute to high blood pressure."

Explanation:

The excess consumption of alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, and inadequate intake of potassium can all be responsible for uncontrolled blood pressure or condition of hypertension. Thus people should avoid alcohol consumption, must do exercise regularly to reduce fat and to prevent the blockage of blood vessels with fats and cholesterol. These strategies can help to regulate the high blood pressure.

Mental health-make sure that you’re taking care of yourself physically as that affects you mentally. take some days to yourself and focus on you and your mind. weather by clearing you head or just drinking a cup of coffee. you run on your brain and you need to make sure you give it the proper care.

social health- you might not have a lot of friends and if you do find just a couple of friends to be close to and talk to them. respect each other’s boundaries and don’t betray one another. getting out and going places also helps social health. but make sure you’re safe

environmental health- anything for your environment you can do, do it. going to the beach and picking up trash, recycling, and just helping out in general really helps and it will give you a new state of mind that can also help with your mental health

physical health- this is very important and this ties in with your mental health. you need to be physically healthy. that doesn’t mean you need to be skinny or muscular because everyone has different body types. this just means you need to eat healthy and drink lots of water. and get in 30 min or so of exercise even if it is just walking. it helps your circulation

moral health- no matter what religion you are you have your own morals and your own ways of atoning for sin or bad things you’ve done. meditation and praying are the most popular to maintain a good moral standing with whomever you worship.
