V1. This man is thick and jolly.
In any point of text his emotions are not shown, therefore this answer is incorrect.
2. This man is a crabby person.
Again, this context is static his actions, not his emotion, and his actions show no sign of anger.
3. This man is big and strong.
"swinging a refrigerator onto his broad back and bearing it single-handedly into the house." This quote from the text states his strength. the first line also states his strength. But let's continue reading the choices.
4. This man is reckless and foolish.
Logically, we don't know if he is reckless and foolish.

Let write a letter to yourr friend tell about afilm you saw last night
s2008m [1.1K]

Answer:

Dear Max,

How are you these days? I know you are very busy with your work but, please just spend five minutes reading my letter and I'm sure you won't regret.

Recently, I've seen a film called "The Click". It's about a man who was always busy with his work, like you. He was so busy that he didn't have time for his family. But he wasn't a bad man at all, he just thought that earning a lot of money would bring happiness to his home. Until one day, a strange happened to him. He found a magic remote. By clicking on it, he could make time pass more quickly. At first, it happened to be a very good thing. He could help himself not hear the dog barking or avoid the argument with his wife by clicking on the remote. Then he used the remote all the time. He used it to replace the time he spent with his his family to the time he spent on work. However, he didn't know that he could never make time go back until he looked in the mirror and realized he had become such an old man! It was too late for him to fix anything: his wife had got married to another man because her husband spent too little time on her, his daughter was then a beautiful lady, his son was about to get married and his father was dead. Sadly, the last time his father saw him, he was busy with his work, which made his father really upset. He was so shocked to reckon all of this that he had a heart attach. Finally, the last words he said to his family were: "Family's got first".

I think the man in this movie is exactly you, fust go and see it, you will know that I'm right. You've spent too much time on working, my friend. Please take a rest and go out, have fun with your family. You only live once, so live your life now before it's too late!

Wish you and your family all the best.

Love,

Kellyn

Explanation:

In the article, Marvels of the Modern World, the author under the section "How High Can We Go?" gives a brief rundown from the first tallest building in the world to the current tallest building in the world. According to her, the first tallest building in the world was the Empire State building completed in 1931 in the United States. This was followed by the twin towers, the World Trade Center, the Sears Towers, the Petronas Towers, the Tapei 101, and today the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

As time progressed, the author noted that better designs have evolved to aid the construction of these buildings.

Bradbury shows that putting too much trust in technology is dangerous by
marta [7]

Bradbury shows that putting too much trust in technology is dangerous by showing a society where it takes precedence in actions.

Explanation:

Ray Bradburry had been one of the foremost authors of science fiction that had been writing for people to understand that there had been issues on machines and technology that the people do not understand have more to do with human consciousness and its trust on the things it is subordinating to itself

This belief can lead to the downfall of humans as they would rarely consider all the things they must consider about the machines and end up being ruled by machines they made.

Read the passage from Rain Myths.
AnnyKZ [126]

The sentence from the passage which is the best example of the feature found in a myth is "Near the beginning of life on Earth, Shen Nong, who was the Lord of the Wind, made many journeys over our world."

Myth refers to the traditional stories which include supernatural beings or events, concerned with the history of the people or explaining the social or natural phenomenon. For Example folk tales, fable, lore and so on.

Therefore, the above instance suggests that in <em>"Near the beginning of life on Earth"</em>, where no co- life existed with Shen Nong, he is considered to be the existence on earth. On the other hand, <em>"Lord of the Wind"</em> contains a supernatural figure which bestows the power related to wind. Hence, this sentence is considered to be the myth as it can relate to false idea or belief.
