Define Emotional Intelligence and tell me ways to improve it.
soldier1979 [14.2K]

Answer: Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.

There are several ways to improve it. For example, observe how you react to people, look at your work environment, take responsibility for your actions, and examine how your actions will affect others – before you take those actions.

Texas cattle industry began in diamond-shaped area by the Rio
sergeinik [125]

Answer:

Texas cattle industry began in diamond-shaped area by the Rio  Grande, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Nueces River to insure a food supply.

Explanation:

The reason why the area between the Rio Grande and the Nueces River was chosen was because of its prairies. The cattle would be able to roam freely while grazing on the practically endless supply of grass. The availability of food - along with the climate of the region- made this area most favorable for raising cattle.

Designing a Research Study: Prepare an outline/description of your plan to solve the problem for one of the following research s
deff fn [24]

Answer is given below

Explanation:

  1. Statement of the Problem: People are not serious about the risks of FLU because they do not come to the clinic to receive the influenza vaccine.
  2. Research methods and sources of information: Research methods include surveying patients, Google Form, and Swim Road Survey. Both quantitative and qualitative research can be done. Observational and secondary data are analyzed to understand this critical behavior of people. In most of the research, we use regression to understand the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Secondary data can also be a source of information, in which previous research papers are analyzed and studied, and help is drawn from previously conducted studies to ensure there are no rocks.
  3. Nature of the data collected and analyzed: The data to be collected is up-to-date, which means that the primary data will be collected, and I, as a researcher, will be personally involved in collecting the data.  The analysis consists mainly of quantitative analysis. Methods such as regression and correlation are used to understand the dependence of one variable on another. The data is linked and includes information on the main causes of their aggressive behavior towards the flu, and why they are not using the influenza vaccine service.
  4. Hypothesis: People are too lazy to vaccinate themselves and as soon as the flu spreads to the country they get a feel.
