Ok so I can't rly answer this question for you but I'll just give u some ways and a time I had a tough challenges.

Ways: always tell yourself you're beautiful and amazing, don't compare yourself, instead be happy for the accomplishment of others or make them ur goal to look like them, and don't talk to toxic people who make you feel bad

Time: one time I was feeling very overwhelmed because I got into this group chat in an app with a bunch of my friends. My friends were all talking about makeup, which I've never worn before. They asked me my opinions and I told them I don't wear it. They made fun of me and told me I'll forever be ugly. That night I couldn't sleep and stopped sleeping and started to see all my flaws.

I then talked to my mom about it and she told me to stop talking to them. I found some new people who were also talking about makeup. I told them I didn't wear any, and then I told them I know I'm ugly. They said otherwise! I felt so much better after finally leaving that other group.
I learned that when people make you feel bad, even if it isn't "serious" you have to leave them and find a better group that loves you for the way you are

How would ''Girl'' be different if it were called ''Boy''? Discuss the cultural assumptions behind your response.

The short piece "Girl," by Jamaica Kincaid, is all about the expectations and roles of women, as well as young girls becoming women, in a patriarchal society. If the piece were named "Boy," the expectations and instructions would be completely different, and I suspect, less accusatory and careful.

Hope this helps :)

Answer/ B. Clearly then

Explanation/ Obviously those two sentences are talking about the northern seasons, and in order for something to be long-the other has to shorten it self. “Clearly then” can also in our minds be meant as (so, obviously) just for fun.
