a substrate is the material upon which an enzyme acts, can be lipid, protein or carbohydrates.

active site is the region of an enzyme where the substrate will bind and undergo a chemical reaction.

Enzymes are a biological catalyst, Active site is is a specific enzyme location that binds with the substrate, Substrate is a substance that the enzyme acts upon,

Further explanation

Enzymes are a biological catalyst that act on molecules called substrates and converts the substrates into different molecules known as products Enzymes are macromolecular biological catalysts that accelerate chemical reactions. The molecules upon enzymes may act are called substrates, whereas the enzyme converts the substrates into different molecules known as products.

Active site is is a specific enzyme location that binds with the substrate and undergo a chemical reaction. The active site consists of residues that form temporary bonds with the substrate, also residues that catalyse a reaction of that substrate.

Substrate is a substance that the enzyme acts upon, can be lipid, protein or carbohydrates. Substrate is also a term used in materials science to describe the base material in which processing is conducted to produce new film or material layers such as deposited coatings. A typical substrate might be a metal, which a coating might be deposited by the following processes:

 • Coating and printing processes
 • Chemical vapor deposition and physical vapor deposition
 • Conversion coating
 • Paint
 • Pickled and oiled, a type of plate steel coating.
 • Plating
 • Polymer coatings, such as Teflon
 • Sputtered or vacuum deposited materials
 • Enamel (vitreous)

While observing primates at the zoo, you notice that the particular monkey you are watching uses its hands, feet, and tail to ho
harina [27]

Answer:

The monkey is a new world monkey

Explanation:

The New world monkey is the monkeys which are evolved from the old world monkey-like apes and many other genera.

These monkeys have evolved from the old world Simian monkeys in South America about 40 million years ago and adapted to survive in the tropical areas of South America and the regions of Mexico.

This monkey can be characterized by their long-tails called prehensile tails, the use of their hands and feet to walk on the trees.

Since the characters of the monkeys provided in the question show similar characteristics to these, therefore, are considered the New World Monkeys.

What would happen if organ systyems work together to warm up the body on a cold day
Yanka [14]
Im not sure if thats how it really works but if it did, either it would have to be very minimal to reduce overheating or it's just the bottom few layers of skin keeping the heat in while the muscles contract and retract.
