Answer and Explanation:

Federalism promotes the separation of powers within a government. This is very beneficial, as it limits the power of government officials within the region, reinforces enforcement that discourages abuse of power, promotes democracy, and allows power to be decentralized. In this sense, I can say that I agree that the benefits of federalism outweigh its harm, since we cannot imagine the disaster that our nation would be managed without it. In addition, we have examples of countries that have not adopted federalism and have bigger problems than ours.

However, it is not correct to ignore the disadvantages that this system promotes, the largest of which are cases of negligence and irresponsibility towards the citizen. However, observing the possibility of claiming rights that federalism imposes, we can consider that its advantages are greater.

Which of the following is NOT a reason for the rise of the textile industry in England?
marin [14]

The correct answer is - Flax could not be raised at all in England;

The fact that the flax was not cultivated in England had no influence whatsoever on the rise and development of the textile industry in the country.

The flax is hard to produce on a large scale in England, though it can grow, just with lesser quality, but the English were not using it for textile material, but instead they used primarily the wool from the large number of herds of sheep.

The wool was of high quality, it has excellent properties, and it was very popular as a material, especially because of its good properties for thermal isolation, so the textile industry flourished.
