Range for girls = 5 - 9 hours
So range of boys is greater

Mean for boys = (3 + 6 + 7*2 + 8*4 + 9 + 10)/10   = 7.4 hours
Mean for girls = (5 + 6*3 + 7*3 + 8*2 + 9)/10   = 6.9 hours

So mean for boys is greater than mean of girls
