11.) Sotronger upwelling winds

Explanation:

9.) A primary consumer feeds on primary producers, of all the options given Humpback Whales, are the only ones meeting the criteria in the options given since they feed with plankton (a primary producer).

Generally, the compaction of soil is a positive phenomenon. True False
loris [4]
It is a completely false statement that generally, the compaction of soil is a positive phenomenon. The correct option among the two options that are given in the question is the second option. It is hard to work and manage such type of soils. The loose soils absorb water and minerals very easily, while compacted soil is derived of pores and so absorption is difficult.

What are the disadvantages for having globalization?
lesya692 [45]
1. Globalization can ruin the environment. Moving things from one area to another wastes oil, etc.

2. Globalization can ruin local economies. There is a movement that wants to buy local - especially organic foods.

3. Globalization can lead to hyper-specialization, which can be good, but also negative.

Based on the relative positions of the sun and Earth, explain why Earth has climate zones and seasons.
Fudgin [204]
As we know the Earth is on a tilt. So when Earth revolves around the sun we rotate also. Making it so that as we spin, one hemisphere will get the most sunlight. Therefore that hemisphere will have summer at that time. So for example say that the Northern hemisphere is getting the most sunlight right now, so that hemisphere is now going to have summer. While the Northern hemisphere has summer that means that the Southern Hemisphere is having winter. But also as we rotate then at one time the Northern will have fall and the southern will have spring. Or visa versa. Climate mostly moves with the sunlight and depends on the area.
