Outsourcing positively impacted the global economy for it result to global production sharing ranging from research and development, from product design to assembly and marketing, distribution and after-sales service. 

Beside from finding a partner with which a firm can establish a bilateral relationship or relationship-specific investments to be able to produce goods or services, it is also the most efficient way to get a task completed.

For the answer to the question above, I believe the answer is  <u><em>Outsourcing to other country finds the most efficient way to get a task completed. In addition, the cost of salary and cost of living in other countries like India is lower so they could pay less to the workers and they can cut some cost. Also spreads the wealth around a bit instead of just keeping it inside the country.
