Answer: Warren explains the students’ position, then describes how it has been previously handled by the courts.

Explanation: The first part of Warren's speech is about how African-American children aren't welcomed in Caucasian schools, and they want the racism and hatred towards them to stop. During the other parts of his speech, Warren talks about African-American history and why the things are the way they are today, as well as talking about other problems that were at the time being handled by courts. The main thing on this is discrimination.

Hope this helps. HAVE A BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! As well as a great last days of Black History Month! :-)

Answer: Warren explains the students’ position, then describes how it has been previously handled by the courts.

Explanation:

I could not find the passage that is missing in your question but I have found the correct answer which is answer A) and a little bit of explanation of it.

 • Warren starts his speech by mentioning the black children and how they are not accepted in white school and that they want to be accepted like the other children. Then, he is talking about their history and why the things are like that and after talking about history he is explaining how their issues were handled by the courts during the time.
 • By this explanation I assume that he is talking about discrimination.

a. The policeman painted the house.

b. Roma cooked the meal.

c. The students practiced the questions.

d. The helpers are washing the clothes.

Explanation:

In the given sentences, the changes to be made are based on the respective questions given. The sentences after the required changes are given as below-

c. If I were you, I would eat less chocolate.

d. We will leave without her if she arrives late.

In these two sentences, the change is done in the use of the verb form.

4.

a. The policeman painted the house.

b. Roma cooked the meal.

c. The students practiced the questions.

d. The helpers are washing the clothes.

In these four sentences, the passive voice is changed into the active voice. This is done by changing the position of the subject and object as placed in the passive voice. Moreover, an active voice is when the verb is acted upon by the subject whereas, in a passive voice, the verb receives the action of the subject.
