Colt1911 [192]

Answer:

Human behavior is a result of nature and nurture together .

Explanation:

The sex of an individual is determined by the sex chromosomes whether the individual has XX or XY chromosomes. The female  has XX chromosomes and male has XY chromosomes.

The human behavior and its morphological characteristics are influenced both by the genetics as well as by the environmental factors. The accident changes the sex of a twin because the environmental factors show they effect along wit the nature of the twins.

Thus, the correct answer is option (C).

This was on my health quiz??
Nataly [62]
Well, the best way to respond to this (for Sandra) would be to tell the boy that she has a crush on him. If he is open about his feelings towards Callie, then him and Sandra can still be friends. If he is not open about them and decides to date Sandra to get closer to Callie, he isn't worth her time. Trust me. Either way, Callie should go out with the guy she likes and all of that good stuff. And, tbh, I have no idea what it has to o with health lol

Answer   Either B or C

Explanation:

The term “tort” refers to a violation in which one person causes damage, injury, or harm to another person. Such violation could occur due to intentional actions, a breach of duty as in negligence, or a violation of certain statutes.

I do not think option A and D are not correct.

The elements of negligence are duty of care; breach of that duty of care; causation, i.e. a causal link between the individual’s injury or property damage; and actual damage either to a person or to property.

With this definition, i believe the best choices would be Option B or C.

I am not that sure which one is correct, they both can be seen as a tort.

I hoped this helped narrow it down, i am so sorry i can;t give a clear answer!

Let me know which one it was!
