Place the heel of one hand over the center of the person's chest, and place the other hand on top of the first hand. Place the fingers of one hand in the center of a person's heart, and place the other hand on top of the first.

The stomach also releases pepsinogen and hydrochloric acid which mixes to produce pepsin.

Pepsin emulsifies protein and then the contents move through the pyloric sphyncter and into the small intestine for further breakdown and digestion
