What is your interpretation of a stanza?
dolphi86 [110]
A stanza is a group of lines in a poem (I've seen from 4-8 lines) that the poet can use to establish his/her rhyme scheme and move the poem on through its story. This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but good luck.

Shkiper50 [21]
If the car suddenly started rolling down, I would be so shocked at the moment and not be able to move. The adrenaline would overwhelm my instincts and completely interrupt the response I should have with a car about to plunge to the bottom of a hull. There would be no time for me to contact any emergency contacts because it’s rocky in the car. Overall, there’s not much I would do.

jeka94
These lines are spoken by a captain who has been wounded in the war. He is relaying the information about Macbeth's brave fight against the enemy to King Duncan. He talks about how brave and valiant Macbeth was, so the audience can infer that he is a fierce warrior who will stop at nothing to ensure his win in a battle.
