History

Answer:

When German forces entered neighboring Austria on March 12, 1938, it was not only a mere annexation of Austria to Nazi Germany, but also an important strategic move in preparation for World War II.  Many Austrians welcomed the so-called Anschluss with Germany with frenetic enthusiasm.

Explanation:

  • Repression against the Jews began almost immediately.
  • Austrian-born Adolf Hitler has long dreamed of it.
  • He made the decision to annex Austria after European forces failed to respond to his breach of the Treaty of Versailles and the entry of the army into the demilitarized Rhineland in 1936.
  • It was even easier to take control, because most of the Austrians have embraced this situation.

What policies or actions enabled the communists to defeat the nationalists in their long civil war?
Anon25 [30]
Pretty much, the Communists were much stronger than the Nationalists. Their public support was strong due to promised land reform for peasants and their military organization was more experienced. The Nationalists had weak, public support and their military was ineffective, corrupt leadership and poor morale. They were an easy beat.
Hope this helps :)

harina [27]

Answer:

It conflicts with it because the establishment clause prohibits the state from endorsing a specific religion or choosing it as an official religion of the state or from establishing their own religion. Although they personally have the right to free speech in being religious, they don't have it as representatives of the state because states are secular and have no religion. All people are people of the state, not just those that are related to the majority religion
