The source that is most likely to have the most reliable information would be C, an article in last month's issue of a peer-reviewed trade journal. The fact is that a company-sponsored website (A) is sure to have other interests related to commerce and trade so the information would not be 100% reliable. On the other hand, a graduate student's blog updated ten months ago would not have updated information so it would not be reliable either. The same happens in the situation described in D. As technology evolutions on a daily basis, a computer science textbook written in the early 2000s resembles something written in the Reinassance.

The information provided in the last month's issue of a peer-reviewed trade journal is sure to be updated as trade is not something that changes as fast as technology.
