The procedures that must be described in an agreement called an
assurance of compliance with OHRP are Procedures set up that guarantee that
subjects will be ensured in a way similar with the Common Rule, including independent
committee’s review that is comparable or equivalent to an IRB and t<span>he only type of assurance of compliance accepted and
approved by OHRP is Federal wide Assurance.</span>
