<em>''Splitting up of continental land masses''</em>

Explanation:

A good title for continental divergent plate boundary would be <em>''Splitting up of continental land masses''</em>. The reason as to why this would be a good title is because that is what basically happens in the process, as well as being an attractive title for the viewers or readers. The divergent plate boundaries are basically plate boundaries where the plates move away from each other.

At this type of boundaries, when we speak about continental plates, the crust is splitting up, opening gap between the plates. This results in creation of rift zones, where the continental land mass is gradually dividing, and given enough time it will split physically with the rift zone being filled with water from the ocean. Such example is the divergent plate boundary in Eastern Africa, marked by the Great Rift Valley, dividing the African plate into two separate plates, the Nubian and the Somali plates. Over time, the ocean water will fill in the gap between them, physically separating them and giving rise to two separate continents.
