The answer is B.

In the question it says "the intercept of 6" which means the equation has to have +6 in the answer, and there is only one answer choice containing that.

The product of three positive integers is 300. If one of them is 5, what is the
Elan Coil [88]

Answer and Step-by-step explanation:

So, we are told that 3 positive integers multiply to be 300, and that one of the integers is 5.

First, we divide 300 by 5.

The result is 60.

Now, we take different (reasonable) numbers that add to 16:

10 and 6

12 and 4

We can see here that 10 and 6 are the integers because they add up to 16 and multiplies to 60.

Rewrite the following expression.
faust18 [17]

We have been given the expression

x^{\frac{9}{7}}

We have the exponent rule

x^{\frac{a}{b}}= x^{a^{(\frac{1}{b})}}

Using this rule, we have

x^{\frac{9}{7}}= x^{9^{(\frac{1}{7})}}

Now, using the fact that x^{\frac{1}{n}}=\sqrt[n]{x}, we get

x^{\frac{9}{7}}= \sqrt[7]{x^9}\\
\\
x^{\frac{9}{7}}=\sqrt[7]{x^7\times x^2}\\
\\
x^{\frac{9}{7}}=x\sqrt[7]{x^2}

D is the correct option.

mr. cuddy draws a triangle with a perimeter of 36cm. Principal Aranda says that the longest side measures 18 cm, How do you know
hichkok12 [17]

Answer:

See the procedure

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

<u>The Triangle Inequality Theorem</u>, states that the sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the length of the third side

Let

a,b,c the lengths side of triangle

c is the greater side

The perimeter is equal to

P=a+b+c

P=36 cm

If c=18 cm

then

a+b=18

Applying the Triangle Inequality Theorem

a+b > c

18 > 18  ----> is not true

therefore

Principal Aranda is incorrect

The larger side cannot measure 18 cm

The largest side must be less than 18 cm
