Base area (Triangle) = 1/2 x 3 x 6 = 9 cm²

Volume = base area x height

Volume = 9 x 8

Volume = 72 cm²

I’m not sure but i think it’s 72 cm3 because you calculate the volume by multiplying the length (8) the width (3) and the height (6)for a rectangle and since this is half a rectangle you have to divide it by two : 3*6*8=144; 144:2=72

Which expression are equivalent to 2(4f+2g)
Cloud [144]

Answer:

8f+4g

Step-by-step explanation:

You have to distribute 2 to each number in the parentheses 2 times 4 is 8 and since 4 has a variable it is 8f and 2 times 2 is 4 and since 2 has a variable it is 4g. We don't combine the two because they have different variables. So the answer is 8f+4g. Hope this helped :)

Answer:

  400 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

The cost of the first plan is ...

  A = 14 + 0.15m . . . . . . . . where m is the number of minutes used

The cost of the second plan is ...

  B = 30 + 0.11m

The costs will be equal when ...

  14 +0.15m = 30 +0.11m

  0.04m = 16 . . . . . . . . . . . . . subtract 14+0.11m from both sides

  m = 400 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by 0.04

The plans will have the same cost for 400 minutes of calls.

Solve for x: 2xsquared+4x-16=0
sergejj [24]
        2x² + 4x - 16 = 0
2(x²) + 2(2x) - 2(8) = 0

                  2             2
           x² + 2x - 8 = 0
                          x = -(2) ± √((2)² - 4(1)(-8))
                                               2(1)
                          x = -2 ± √(4 + 32)
                                           2

                          x = -1 + 3    U    x = -1 - 3
                          x = 2                  x = -4
