The care is given to unresponsive adults who now become a responsive adult over time and asks to stop caring. It is suitable to stop caring now as he has now become responsive.

Explanation:

The person who is unresponsive should be given care until he become conscious and responsive enough. Once he is conscious and responsive enough to take good care of himself he should be left on his own to be responsible. We should stop giving care to him as he has already asked to stop caring and he can now look after himself better.
