Answer:

The hippocampus and the cerebrum are involved.

Explanation:

High analytical thinking, problem solving skills  and hard  reasoning - tasks (such as multiple-choice test) which involved high brain centers are designated to the  cerebrum in the frontal lobe. Therefore Zander will use this part of his brain to sort out the options, to reason to pick the best.

On getting the answer, this is  stored temporarily as short -memory in the Hyppocampus, before been integrated with old  information stored as old memories when he sleeps.

Thus the neural connectivity between the cerebrum and hippocampus form the basis of cognitive operations used by Zander,

Connell's famous barnacle experiment was initiated to learn more about ________.
bulgar [2K]
Connell's famous barnacle experiment was initiated to learn more about competitive exclusion and distribution of branacle species. Barnacle species are distributed in distinct zones on the rocky shores of the Atlantic coast. The Chthamalus in upper intertidal zone; is a smaller species and the semibalanus in low intertidal zone which is a larger species. Chthamalus found in the higher physical stress and higher temperatures because the low tide levels causes them to be exposed to the extreme outside environment for longer periods of time than the semibalanus. Additionally barnacles can only feed while submerged and the higher up shore a barnacle is, the less it can feed and grow. The experiment wanted to understand why they lived this way.

A dominant gene (W) produces wire-haired texture in dogs; its recessive allele (w) produces smooth hair. A group of heterozygous
Marysya12 [62]

Answer: Phenotypic ratio=2:2; Genotypic ratio= 2:2.

Explanation: Test cross is the breeding of an individual with Phenotypically recessive individuals.

Heterozygous wire-haired = Ww

Recessive trait= ww

Test crossing result of offspring= Ww Ww ww ww

Genotypic ratio (genetic composition) = 2:2

Phenotypic ratio= 2:2

2 offsprings are wire-haired and 2 Offspring are smooth-haired.
