The sun is the ultimate source of energy for terrestrial ecosystems. approximately amount of the potential energy available from the sun rays hitting the earth that is used in photosynthesis is 90%. This 90 % of energy is used by the producers for their growth, development and reproduction. The remaining 10% of the energy is transferred by the producers to the next trophic level of primary consumers.

PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!! Describe the structure and function of the cell membrane.
natulia [17]
The structure is a phospholipid bilayer. There are many phospholipids which contain a water loving phosphate end and a water hating lipid (fatty) end. The phosphate ends all point out words while the fatty ends are inside.

The purpose is protection of the cell as well as allowing certain molecules to enter and exit the cell

The process of DNA replication
Molodets [167]

Answer: Replication occurs in three major steps: the opening of the double helix and separation of the DNA strands, the priming of the template strand, and the assembly of the new DNA segment. During separation, the two strands of the DNA double helix uncoil at a specific location called the origin. Several enzymes and proteins then work together to prepare, or prime, the strands for duplication. Finally, a special enzyme called DNA polymerase organizes the assembly of the new DNA strands. The following description of this three-stage process applies generally to all cells, but specific variations within the process may occur depending on organism and cell type.

Hypothesize whether prokaryotic cells might have been symbiotic before the evolution of eukaryotic
lorasvet [3.4K]
Some scientists hypothesize that the eukaryotic cells are really the result of symbiotic processes!

Specifically, the internal organs of the cells could be a remnant of a symbiotic relationship in which one cell lived inside of another cell. These two cells then both split upon reproduction and eventually the cell inside was reduced to an organelle.

But according to this theory, it is very likely that the prokaryotic cells engaged in a number of symbiotic relationship, and that this actually lead to the emergence of eukaryotic cells!

DNA Transcription

Explanation:

 • The TCF transcription factor will bind less frequently with the cell's DNA, resulting in decreasing transcription."less, decreased
 • Active canonical WNT flagging outcomes in enlistment of β-catenin to DNA by TCF/LEF relatives, prompting transcriptional actuation of TCF target qualities.
 • The extra translation factors have been recommended to enroll β-catenin and tie it to DNA.
 • The genome-wide example of β-catenin DNA official in murine intestinal epithelium, WNT -responsive colorectal malignant growth (CRC) cells and HEK293 early stage kidney cells.
