I believe the answer to your question would be D. - Enthusiasm.  I think this because while when you work in a group, you may be productive and stuff, but you make not like the people you work with, so you would not feel enthusiastic.  You cannot make people feel enthusiastic by being around them (I mean you could...but you said not a TYPICAL advantage)
