Answer:

13, 15, 17

Explanation:

Consider three consecutive odd integers <span><span>(2n−1)</span>,<span>(2n+1)</span>,<span>(2n+3)</span></span>
Where n is Integer?

If the sum of these odd integers is 45,
Then: <span><span>(2n−1)</span>+<span>(2n+1)</span>+<span>(2n+3)</span>=45</span>
<span>6n+3=45</span>
<span>6n=42</span>
<span>n=7</span>

Substituting <span>n=7</span> into <span><span>(2n−1)</span>,<span>(2n+1)</span>,<span>(2n+3)</span></span>
Gives 13, 15, 17

To check: <span>13+15+17=<span>45</span></span>

* 7.85 square units

Given:
OA = 5
Length of AB/Circumference = 1/4

Area of sector AOB:

3.14(5²)/4 = 3.14 (25) / 4 = 78.5/4 = 19.625  or 19.6 square units.

Anna11 [10]

Answer:

3 ways

Step-by-step explanation:

How many different ways can you place 4 identical marbles in three jars shown below? Note: Every marble needs to be in one of the jars, but not every jar needs to have a marble in it.

We solve using combination

n-1 C r-1 = nCr = n!/r! (n - r)!

n = 4 identical marbles

r = 3 jars

Hence:

4 - 1 C 3 - 1 = 3C2

= 3!/2! (3 - 2)!

= 3 ways
