bels. What would be the decibel level of four men shouting at the top of their (equally powerful) lungs from the same distance away from your ear? Assume that there is no interference from superposed waves and round off your answer to the nearest integer. 1. 160 dB 2. 80 dB 3. 60 dB 4. 10 dB 5. 14 dB 6. 6 dB 7. 20 dB 8. 40 dB

Answer:

26dB

Explanation:

The decibel level β is a calculated by 10log (I/Io)

Where I and Io represent sound intensity

From the question, there's no interference. So

Where I = 4Io (because there are 4 men shouting), so the intensity will be 4 times larger.

β = 10log (I/Io)

β = 10log (4Io/Io)

β = 10log 4

β = 6.020599913279623

β = 6 ---- Approximated

The decibel level = 20 + 6.020599913279623

Decibel Level = 26.020599913279623

Decibel level =26dB --- Approximated

Usually, a hospital or clinic will leave questioneirrs for patients to fill out and leave in a sealed box,(supposedly). Its has everything to do with "office politics", truthfully speaking..the clinic or hospital wants positive PR, that makes patients want to go there. Ierofanga [76]

The difference between a sprain and a strain is that a sprain injures the bands of tissue that connect two bones together, while a strain involves an injury to a muscle or to the band of tissue that attaches a muscle to a bone.

Sprain: ankle, anything dealing with the joints of the bone.

Strain: your leg muscle, thigh, arm, wrist and anything dealing with tissues in the body.
