Answer:

The Munich Agreements were approved and signed during the night of September 30, 1938 by the heads of government of the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Germany, with the aim of solving the Sudeten Crisis.

Through the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini and on the initiative of Hermann Goring; the British Prime Minister, Arthur Neville Chamberlain; and his French counterpart, Edouard Daladier; approved the incorporation of the Sudetenland (belonging to Czechoslovakia) to Germany, due to the fact that most of their inhabitants were German speaking. No representative of Czechoslovakia was present. The United Kingdom and France were pleased with the wishes of the German population of the Sudetenland and considered this agreement as a partial revision of the Treaty of Versailles. Especially it was intended to avoid a new war, despite putting the existence of Czechoslovakia in great danger.
