you are working as an allied health care professional, and one of your patients has just received the diagnosis of a serious ill

ness. As the patient is leaving the office, you overhear a conversation between the patient and her son. The son starts to open the door for his mother, but she lashes out and says You treat me like I can't do anything right! Just leave me alone! She storms out and leaves her son standing in the doorway. Would you assume that this behavior is typical for the mother, or that it might be influenced by the emotional effects of the illness explain

It could be the emotional effects of the illness
Because a mothers love for their children are unlimited and it could be the reason of the mother being heart broken and doesn’t want her son to know about that so it won’t break his heart ( I hope you understood anything bc I’m not good at explaining)
