Well, an internal conflict is when a character struggles in their mind and heart over a decision. An example could be; someone struggling over to make the right or wrong decision, like saving a book or burning a book, killing a spider or setting it free, helping someone carry boxes or leave them to do it themselves, etc.

Hope this helped!! Have a good day!
