Many students from middle class families also manage to study in the colleges or universities. As in the developing countries the education is not free and many poor families can not afford the education of college and university level for their children.
The congress is composed of citizens who had to trace a long trajectory to get to occupy this position. The congress is one of the most important institutions in the country, being essential for democracy and national policy to be properly established. In view of this importance, we can affirm that it is not just anyone who can occupy a position within the congress, it is necessary that the members of the congress should be hardworking, efficient, intelligent and capable people.
However, it is impossible to deny that many choices made by members of the congress are contrary to popular will and often seem to harm the population.
