Latent learning cannot be revealed due to clear acceptance. It happens by absorbing very small support and comparisons. Until the occurrence of urge situation, the researchers is not  taught with latent learning. It is the form of learning based on motivation and observation. The behavioral changes occurs only when there is guided motivation.  

If a human observes some behavior and later repeats the same behavior when some similar situation occurs. In latent learning the knowledge is exploited only when there is motivation.  In this type of learning, neither reward nor punishment is encouraged.  The person might have absorbed the gas station someday without any commitment, but when it occurs he or she immediately get flashed up with the nearby gas station.
