Fibre, also known as fiber, can be good for you for several reasons.  One, it makes you feel fuller thereby not allowing you to eat as much.  Fibre also aids in digestion cleaning out your system of bad chemicals and other processed foods that you eat.  Eating fresh fruit and vegetables is the best way to get your fibre.
