Answer:

According to HIstory.com

Faced with an Aztec revolt against their rule, forces under the Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes fight their way out of Tenochtitlan at heavy cost. Known to the Spanish as La Noche Triste, or “the Night of Sadness,” many soldiers drowned in Lake Texcoco when the vessel carrying them and Aztec treasures hoarded by CortÝs sank. Poverty is the main causes of social evils.do with this statement
PolarNik [594]

Poverty is one of the main reasons for social problems but I believe that the worst social problem we have is social inequality, which is the main generator of problems. There is no formula for how to end wealth or social equality given that most people who are rich have no interest in sharing or helping people who have little or almost nothing.

Capitalism generates more and more inequalities, which leads to more poverty, because the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

You may recall that alexander hamilton, in the federalist papers, warned it would be a bad idea to put the courts under the lead
Vlad [161]

When  the courts are under the influence of the congress, There would be no establishment that can stop the congress from passing the law that violate the rights of the citizens.

Because of this, it is important to make the judiciary branch becomes a separate entity that can be controlled by the legislative branch (the congress). In case when the congress tried to pass a law that violate citizen's right or violate the constitution, the court of law can step in and prevent the law from being enacted.
