This will keep the student happy and with a clear conscience, because he knows that he acted correctly, regardless of the result that this promotes. If the student acts recklessly and commits plagiarism, even if he passes the course, he will not be happy. The unhappiness will happen because the student will have a heavy conscience and fear of being discovered and expelled from the course.
