Central Europe was mostly the place that influenced everyone the most. Germany, Austria, and Italy, being the musical leaders of the world, Austria being the most famous since Vienna was a musical center of the world. There were however famous composers in places such as Russia and France too.
The Radical revolution has failed to protect the lower class and to maintain power in the lower class. The Revolution succeeded in achieving its many goals. Despite many failures in all French reforms it seeks to gain power, control and rights within France.
