General Robert E. Lee was the commander of the Confederate Forces during the Civil War. After a series of key defeats, that resulted in the loss of the Confederate control of the towns of Petersburg and Richmond, he gradually started to retreat and lose ground to the Union Forces. What current law that you believe should be changed and why

IMMIGRANTS CAN BE PRESIDENT
It bothers me that our Constitution excludes from the presidency all Americans who lack a U.S. citizen parent, the so-called “natural born citizen” clause. I’d like to change Section 1, Article 2 to simply read, “No person except a citizen of the United States shall be eligible for the office of President.” Think of all the remarkable Americans who have held high public office but have been constitutionally barred from seeking the presidency.

Why are conference committees rarely necessary?
BigorU [14]
Why are conference committees rarely necessary? Answer: Conference committees are now rarely used in Congress Senate Resolution 16 is designed to reduce the number of motions necessary to convene a conference committee, [ thus reducing the opportunities for minority obstruction. It seems likely however, that the effects of these changes in the current Congress will be minimal. A conference committee is a committee of the Congress appointed by the House of Representatives and Senate to resolve disagreements on a particular bill. when the two houses pass differing versions of a bill and the first house will not agree to the changes a conference committee will be done.
