First you must find out the pattern The pattern is 3+3 = 6 minus one equals 5+5 = 10 minus one equals 9+9 = 18 minus one equals 17+17 The next two would be 17+17 = 34. 34 minus one equals 33 The next two answers are 34 and 33

Is solving a logarithmic equation of the form log_b (x+a)+log_b (x+c)=d why is it essential to check the solutions to the result
Veronika [31]
Knowing that a quadratic equation has two possible solutions, we need to be careful when we solve exponential equations in checking for any quadratic one that appears. Due to 2 possible solutions,

Hope I helped :)

Please help. Stuck on it for a while
kap26 [50]
I assume you should set up an equation in y=mx+b form (but you use C(t) instead of y). m is your rate, b is your flat fee, and x is t.

Find the missing dimension of the cone.

Volume = 118π ft3
2/3 ft
h =_ft
kogti [31]

The height of the cone with a volume of 1/18π ft³ is: 1.5 ft.

What is the Volume of a Cone?

Volume of a cone = 1/3πr²h, where, h = height of cone, and r = radius of the cone.

Given the following:

 • Volume = 1/18 π ft³
 • Diameter = 2/3 ft
 • Radius = (2/3)/2 = 1/3 ft
 • Height (h) = ?

Plug in the values into the volume formula:

1/18π = 1/3π(1/3)²h

1/18π = 1/3π(1/9)h

1/18π = (πh)/27

Divide both sides by π

1/18 = h/27

Cross multiply

27 = 18h

27/18 = h

h = 1.5

Therefore, the height of the cone with a volume of 1/18π ft³ is: 1.5 ft.

Mr. McGee mowed 4/5 of his lawn. His three sons finished the mowing. Each son mowed the same amount. How much of the lawn did ea
liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

1 fifteenth, or 1/15

Step-by-step explanation:

If there are 3 sons multiply the fraction by 3 and then you have 12/15 because 12/15 is equal to 4/5, so the remaining is 3 out of 15, so divide that between the 3 sons and boom, 1/15th per son.
