Sullas seizure of Rome in 82 B.C. was partly the legacy of a new military recruitment  system. Lucius Cornelius Sullas was given command of the war in Asia Minor. The Roman council attempted to then give leadership of the war to Marcus, this then resulted in a civil war. Lucius Sullas won and seized Rome.

The article focus on the fact that there were a case in  Southeast Asia during the late 1990s. At that time, workers of a pig farm noticed that their pigs were showing several unusual symptoms. The pig was coughing and experiencing muscle spams.
