Grief is a healthy person's response to loss. It is the emotion that you feel when you lose someone. Changes in health, losing job, changes in way of life, death of loved one and changes in relationships are some of the reasons of grief. It is a five stage process: Denial, anger, Bargaining, Depression and acceptance are its five processes. But there is son set time limit for the grief. One can start feeling better in six to eight weeks but the process can last from six months to four years
