You have to find the surface are for each face of the prism. The dimensions for each face would be:
1: 5m, 4m
2: 4m,3m
3: 3m, 5m

Each face is repeated on the prism so you can multiply the answer at the end to figure out the answer for all 6 sides.

The equation would be:
SA=[(5*4)+(4*3)+(3*5)]2

The answer would be 94m squared.

PLEASE HURRY 50 POINTS Answer Both parts and I will reward Brainliest
vlabodo [156]

We have:

a_1=-3

and:

r=4

so:

$\sum\limits_{n=2}^5\,-3\cdot4^{n-1}=\sum\limits_{n=1}^5\,-3\cdot4^{n-1}-a_1=S_5-a_1=\frac{-3-(-3)\cdot 4^5}{1-4}-(-3)=

=\dfrac{-3-(-3)\cdot 1024}{-3}+3=\dfrac{-3(1-1024)}{-3}+3=1-1024+3=\boxed{-1020}

It is a finite sum, so it is convergent.

Yaro buys a baseball cap for $9.50. He also buys a new baseball. Yaro speads $13.50 altogether.
VMariaS [17]

Answer:

13.5 = 9.5 + x

x=4

Step-by-step explanation:

In this problem, the price of the baseball cap, which is $9.50, and a baseball, whose price is unknown (and therefore must be the variable), total $13.50. So, to set up the equation add the two prices and set them equal to the total, 9.5+x=13.5.

Then, using the subtraction property of equality subtract 9.5 from both sides. This means x=4, so the baseball cost 4 dollars.
