You might want to drink some warm tea with honey in it to help with the throat. To get a fuller command try to do this exercise: Stand up against a wall and push your diaphragm. You should feel almost like your shoulders are pulling down. Now try to say a command, loud, full, and firmly.

The tea should sooth your throat. Keep in mind this will not work instantly, if this does not work also try not to talk to much in colder temperatures. This is might seem a bit weird but, I had went to a work shop conducted by Bobby McFerrin and he recommended this to preserve your voice.
