Answers:

In order:

 1. vegetative propagation
 2. budding
 3. regeneration
 4. pollination

Explanation:

Reproduction occurs in all living organisms; it involves the production of an organism from a parent organism. The number of organisms acting as parents or genetic donors influences how the type of reproduction is classified - for instance, unicellular organisms create copies of themselves, via binary fission. Asexual reproduction requires only one parent, while sexual reproduction requires genetic input from both parents in order to occur.

Asexual reproduction:

 • vegetative propagation - a small cutting or shoot propagates from or is removed from the parent plant; this produces clones
 • budding - part of the parent organism splits off creating two identical organisms
 • regeneration: the ability of an organism to regrow lost parts through cell division in special cells.

Sexual reproduction:

 • pollination - requires the activity of a vector to carry the pollen to the flower containing the stigma style and ovum. Offspring is genetically distinct.

What are the cause and effect relationships driven by variations in the flow of energy into and out of Earth's systems?
ValentinkaMS [17]

A balance of this two process must be maintained in order to attain a constant earth temperature.

Energy flow in the earth

The earth in itself is a massive ecosystem. Energy flows into the earth and out of it. The only source of energy input to the earth is the sun. Also, energy is lost from the earth via re-radiation of energy in the form of infrared rays.

However, this inflow and out flow of energy affects the temperature of the earth. A balance of this two process must be maintained in order to attain a constant earth temperature.
