There are two kinds of age, chronological age and physiological age or known as biological age. The difference between these two age is:

1. Chronological age, also called a calendar age is the number of years a person has been alive, it counts from the day you were born.  

2. Physiological age or biological age is how your body functioning relative to your actual age<em> (chronological age)</em>. Physiological age can be the same, younger or older than your actual age. If your body functioning well so your physiological age may be younger than your actual age. Physiological age influenced by many factors such as genetic, diet, exercise, sleeping habits, lifestyle and environment.  

Healthy habits can make a significant difference in your physiological age, this includes regular exercise, healthy diet, stress management, avoid alcohol drink and have enough sleeping.
