No, because if he made things up it would be not true.
For example, science definition: knowledge about or study of the natural world based on (facts) learned through experiments and observation. Key word facts. But you could propose a theory, for ex: Einsteins Theory of Relativity. But in return you would have to back it up with true information/facts.
