I believe that Tom picked up the oath and ritual as an initiation ceremony of sorts. This is how they pledge loyalty to the group and it means a lot to them. I assume that drawing blood for the group means you’re bounded in blood.
He describes the natives as unfriendly and hostile.When they arrived at the shores, they were not welcomed with friendly smiles. Instead, they were welcomed with deadly arrows. The same scene is displayed in the description of Squanto and Massasoit. The natives greatly hated the colonists.
In the Mr huger, there should be a dot after Mr, and H in huger should be capitalized.
Then keep should be keeps with a s at the end
So it should be like this:
Mr.Huger is trying to concentrate on his yard work, but a swarm of bees keeps distracting him
